Would I be in problem if I arrived 33-34 days before as it is prohibited to enter before 30 days of the program start date?

USCIS Rules are meant to Follow, not to break. Dude, it is only 3-4 extra days. Not sure the reason, but my advice always stays in safe side.

If you have valid visa to enter the country, I dont see any issues here. I knew my friend who came 2 months before class started.

I would not take that risk trying to enter US early if I am a new student on F-1
The excerpt from travel.state.gov:
New Students – F-1 and M-1 student visas can be issued up to 120 days in advance of your course of study start date. However, you will not be allowed to enter the United States in F-1 or M-1 status earlier than 30 days before your start date.

Continuing Students - May renew their visas at any time, as long as they have maintained student status and their SEVIS records are current. Continuing students may enter the United States at any time before their classes start.

@alama56. So u came 27 days before ur class start date which is within USCIS mandate of 30 days. Silva 21 is talking about coming more than 30 days early which USCIS prohibits....

I came in 41 days prior to my program without a question and i had no idea about what i was doing at all.
Only question the officer said was, you immigrating? My answer was yes and he said welcome 2 america. Thats when it hit me, i made it here but that was almost 15 years ago.

You will not have any problem whatsoever if you have been already granted the visa. In case, if they ask any question (hopefully they will not), just tell them you will be visiting your relatives/friends before the class starts. You should be fine.
