Its an enlisted Rank in the Army. If someone has Bachelor's degree or higher, they can join as this Rank Specialist (E4)

hahaha...liked the idea of trying to be celebrity using sajha platform. 95% of MAVINI Soldier have Master degree. It is nothing new. Been there done that. I know personally couple MAVINI Soldier who went to Nepal for mission and for help after earthquake. I haven't seen any news running a mouth saying I did this and I did that.

Some of the stuffs are funny in that article. However, hats off to all those people who went to Nepal from all around the world including that guy in article, to do whatever they could after the devastation. Most of the people here , including me, just donated few bucks and kept blaming leaders, organization and general people of Nepal about everything that happened in Nepal . Also saw lots of people only wishing for congress to approve TPS for forck shake . At least these people did something for the motherland, or at least tried. Leaving the article aside, he did pretty good compared to most of us. @RangersLeadTheWay, if you are the guy from article, you are universally stupid to share that in sajha where most of the people know the facts about MAVINI.

its good going out there and helping but since hes is an american citizen and serving in US military, he should have kept distance from media. Looks like he's looking for publicity and the journalist his friend or relative.
