I am a f1 student and have been granted tps. If i fall out of f1 status can i still study or take a transfer to another university? will i require to transfer sevis to transfer or can i still study in any university in tps status rather than f1 status?

If your SEVIS is terminated after you got TPS, then you can apply for I-20 from the college, and go back to school, BUT, BUT, it depends on the school. It will be 50/50 chances that you will get your F1 back. To get your F1 back you have to get new I-20 from the university, and provide strong evidence (TPS), why you were out of status.
