Hi I have done biometric on 13th August and I'm waiting for the final approval. When I track my status it shows pending so how long should I need to wait?
As my friend gave biometric on 14th August and he had already approve so I'm nervous. Does USCIS have any doubt on me to approve or shall I need to wait for new more days.

I spoke with Attn Dilli Raj Bhatta regarding this TPS and EAD and mentioned about the EAD processing status seems not in order of the biometric date. He said that it depends on the officer, but I do not think so. I guess they go through each case separately and if there is nothing complicated about prior case pending, they issue EAD otherwise most of the EAD status is pending. However, one has to wait until 90 days time frame before coming to a conclusion.

It was pending in my case as well. Later on i got RFE as I forget to check one of the eligibility questionnaire in i821 form.

I am little confuse, why some of us status is in card production and others is directly approved? Don't know why this card production is taking so long. Mine is also card production on August 11th.

@npli_girl, here is why: 08/27/2015: USCIS Card Production Delays AILA reports that the card processing facility for green card and EAD has been undergoing maintenance services and these cards have been transferred and produced by another facility in another location. For the reasons, the USCIS has been experiencing delays in production and mailing of the cards for about two weeks after the approval notices have been mailed. In sometiime September, reportedly the situation will change to a normal processing time. Hope this helps!!
