Paystub run nagare ta h1b jaala ni... same dilema with f1 and tps. tps paayo bhanera f1 nai chaade pachi ta after tps ends, definitely f1 ma firta aaudaina.

It is always better to be on the safer side. So keep running your pay stubs even if you are under TPS

It's a straight forward case. If you are in TPS, and still want to maintain H1B (suppose your H1B is valid after TPS expires) , then you want to safely come back to your H1B but you have to maintain H1B by showing that you are sponsored and getting paid (you are on payroll), once your payroll stops, that means your job is terminated (You may have some grace period for that, not sure about the details about the H1B without payroll, or in bench period or job terminated) and you will not be able to come back to H1B status.
