Someone in your family back in Nepal has to get a copy of your transcript from Tribhuvan University (or Purbanchal) and then get it attested by the USEF and sent here.

Glad I could help. By "official" they mean an attested copy. USEF Nepal is where Nepali certificates are attested so that universities in the US can be assured they are not dealing with fakes. Look at the very last section on this page: http://usefnepal.org/eac-pages-22.html Since you have your transcript with you, you will need to get a copy of the original from your university in nepal and have it attested at USEF.

When I got mine, and this was way back, it took me 2 days to get the transcript and a day to get it attested. It should not take any longer than that but knowing Nepal's bureaucrats, it might take longer.

Another cheaper way but may take longer, make copy and request dean or department head to stamp/sign and stamp on envelope too that worked for me.
