Guys what you think about these fake and worthless people applying for Green Card in EB1 category. This guy Suresh Darpan Pokhrel directed few shitty films in Nepal which were neither commercial successful or critically acclaimed. This guy came here last year on some award ceremony and applied for green card with the help of Nepali lawyers in Baltimore area. I am friend with one of the lawyer in where he lives and when she explained me how weak their case is and how these people have managed to gather fake documents to get GC is amazing.

EB1 supposed to be for extra ordinary people in their field but seeing people like SDP applying on it is painful.

ny2, not sure what you mean but my question was genuine. When people like SDP apply for GC under EB1, it will be too hard for deserving people to get GC. See how Raj Ballav got his GC but Raja Ram Paudel & Gauri Malla didn't. If you ask me who is real artist, I would say Paudel and Malla are.
look at the history of this guy, he was involved more into congress politics than films. He was obstacle to implement box office system in Nepal even when he was a member of film development board.

You could discuss this whole topic in different manner but you chose to demean someone based on your own personal experience and judgement! You cannot prove what is good and what is bad. The pujari of Pashupati is Indian: Is that good or bad?

And who are you to say someone as 'worthless'? Even the poison of a snake can be used as a medicine !! You experience the world based on your own mental imagination and thoughts! Whatever you dream, that's your reality. If your food is not tasty, you cannot just blame the cook! You must investigate what went wrong during the process of making that food which includes scrutinizing all the ingredients as well. The Nepalese institution which helped with the document process and the USCIS must also be held accountable.
