Talk to the village secretary (the location where you borned), he/she may have better idea, If you born in Nepal and provide solid proof obviously you should get birth certificate.

Thanks So, now I am an Indian citizen wont have any problems with this? Also, do I need to travel with my parents to Nepal in order to get the birth certificate? Are there any agencies in Nepal which can help with this since its 30 years now
