Hello Guys, I need one reliable consultancy which files GC immediately after i do my H1B transfer.I am java developer by myself with actual 2 and Half year experience(In CV its 8 years Lol). Anyone have any idea about it. System.out.println("Waiting for your feedback"); :)

If you have or know anyone with 2/3 yrs of realtime experience in Java, let me know. Client is in Dallas...easy to get in with no hassles. They will need 2 references from the most recent job. Its a long term project with good pay.

Guys, make sure you negotiate your terms with whoever helping you. They will try to cut chunk in percentage(payment) as well as make you sign legal contract to stay with them for 3-5 yrs. Make sure you read before you sign. Request Salary increment per year or percentage reduction per year. Remember they need you more than you need them. Both parties feed off from each other, so be smart and negotiate a good deal. Good Luck.
