Hello,
Everyone , I send my mother documents for B1 visa extension ,already close to two months , had not heard nothing from them .Her earlier schedule flights is with īn two weeks, What you people suggest me to do, send her nepal, or she can stay ūntil she gets decisions yes/no, please suggest me on this .....

USCIS lai phone garera sodha ramro huncha hola case update ko lagi.. tara maile buje anusar USCIS ko decision naainjel samma she can stay legally ..

She can stay As long as the application is pending. If they decline your application she would have to leave the country immediately. In case it is denied, any days after the original expiration date is considered to be "overstay".

Btw, just an information. If she stays longer than 6 months even after extending her stay with permission from USCIS, I noticed when he/she tries to renew his/her visitor visa, chances are high that it will be denied. Couple of my friend's parents had that situation. One was denied in second and another was denied in their third extension. Also getting a drivers license in visitor visa seems red flag when going in for renewal of visitor visa.

anybody knows kun date ko ahile processing vairaheko cha? I was informed of aug 2016 but its a long way to go and review my case. I am in dilemma whether to keep my mother here or send back to nepal..... Does anybody have any idea or any suggestions???

I had applied for my parents in mid of Nov 2015 in CA service center and got approval in mid of Feb 2016 (till the date mentioned in application).

Processing date should be in USCIS service center web page.
