I am wanting to get back to US preferably on H1B again if not F1. Have US undergrad and grad degree. I am licensed in US and jobs in my field are plentiful and decent paying. Now I am planning to upload my resume on Indeed etc. where potential recruiters/staffing agencies willing to sponsor for H1B can contact me (there is genuine lack of licensed people). I plan to give this 6-8 months to see if I can find H1B sponsors. If not then I will apply as a F1 for PHD program in Spring 2018.
My question is if I upload my resume for H1B jobs now will that impact my F1 visa chance later (i.e. can US embassy staff in Nepal see I tried to get h1b sponsoring jobs first when I go for F1 visa interview later).
