The NRN America election, which was supposed to be held in August 11 and 12 is finally suspended. According to the Himalaya news, Tennessee court today ( Aug 6) issued an interim order to prevent the election process of NCN America, which was controversy with the candidate for the candidacy of Presidential candidate Gouri R. Joshi.
The case was filed by Joshi on Monday, after the election committee did not recognize Joshi's candidacy even though he has submitted all the required document to election commission of NRNA USA. He also mentioned to Nepal11 he is under both the laws stated on NCC and ICC constitution.
The statement has not been received about how the matter is mentioned. According to the relevant sources, detailed details of the order will be available on Tuesday from the court only.
Talking to Gauri Joshi for more information about this, he said, "My decision has been an interim order, only I can tell you something more about this Tuesday"
