don't take me wrong, I admire their work for poor and all the effort that I can not do myself, just the economy side of it. when i heard one house cost 10 lakhs ... what's so good about it ? anybody can make heavenly looking house with that much of people's money. if they had worked just to provide relief instead of worrying about their own name and reputation they could've made 2 more houses with 10 lakhs, worth and inspire people donating more in coming days. just provide immediate but good economical worth relief instead of worrying flashing foundation;s name and reputation hence chasingridiculos European standard in the poorest country, just saying after all they are not bill gates and depends on hardworking people's money, not bitching just saying...

i am not judging you and fully believe that you support their work but from economy stand point I disagree on your point "anybody can make heavenly looking house with that much of people's money". No you can't build heavenly looking house with just 10 lakh. I am not sure how much you are familiar with Nepal's inflation but 10 lakh is not a lot of money for sure. it is barely a sufficient money to build a house. Not to mention their time, effort, battling through corrupt people etc if you can manage to build a decent house with just 10 lakh you really have to applaud them.
Frankly saying, at this condition where people are desperate and lost all their hopes, even if they take 50% of the donation money and give 50% to the community we should be more than happy because there are no one out there who truly wants to help.

Agree with Sajhamitra. Try building a house for 10 lakhs, even in a remote village in Nepal.

But the larger issue is criticizing those who are trying to do good things. We are not in a state where we have a surplus of good deed that we start analyzing which one was executed well and which ones are not. In a glut of negative news, this kind of news should be welcomed - not criticized, specially for such minor details. If they had cheated somebody, sure - go ahead and expose them.

We are OK with our chief Justice producing fake documents, we are OK with rampant nepotism in assignment of "Samanupatik" seat, we are OK with degrading level of corruption ...and THIS is the issue you want to address?
