Namaste, I m planning to invite my parents for graduation ceremony.They are over 60 years and my brother is also here on TPS .So I m wondering do they have to mention my brother as well when they file the form. What documents are needed and what they will be asked basically? Any suggestions would be appreciated ЁЯЩПЁЯЩПЁЯЩП

Don't worry, it won't effect their visa granting decision. They need to show your graduation invitation letter issued by your university with their name on it and all usual documents like passport etc. All they have to do is make the interviewer believe that their intention is just to attend your graduation, see the country and return to Nepal. Good luck! Hope they get visas, I know the feeling.

Yes, they should not lie. They donтАЩt need any letter from the university as it wonтАЩt be allowed by the embassy. They wud just apply and appear for the interview and cross their fingers. Gud luck.
