I am looking for a job and my TPS EAD is in process. The received date shows 30th Aug, 2019. I know a lot of people are still waiting. I am having a hard time because of the date on my card has already been expired. What should I do? It's blocking me from getting a job faster.

Nothing really instead of explaining them the situation and showing em the federal registry that explains the auto extension. Maybe ask em to do e-verify.

u have to show them federal register. and tell them to E- Verify. it works as per my experienced.

Show them the latest FRN which specifically says you can use the expired EAD along with “this” FRN notice that says autoextended till 2021 for i-9 employment eligibility verification.

thanks for the response guys. I tried to check e-verification but there was no option to pick a date from last year. So, I couldn't check. How would you guys check e-verification?

Everification checks if your eligible to work or not based on the input such from work permit and passport and ssn. Check i9 form which is exactly what it will look online. Like other said you just have to show them federal notice which says you eligible to work tho your permit is expired
