I have a few question if you could pls help me .I worked as a Sales force BA few months through a consultancy they told me they will be paying me on monthly basis.I didn't get my first month cheque i called them they told me by mistake they put date for next month again I said its ok i can wait till next month and I kept working and next month i was lay off but the office and called worked till the end of the month but again next month i didn't get my pay still waiting they said account will have to release money as they have been taking my interview for next job i don't know what to do at this point i am back with everything haven't paid my rent and still waiting for money.And its very difficult for me to keep asking the money to them as i have been getting interview for work.

At this situation what should i do ??Any suggestion you are welcome .If you also have few recommended consultancy pls let me know.I have the legal paper.

Do not call consulting company anymore. First write an email to your prime vendor mentioning that you have not get paid for work that you performed at client side and also mention that you are complaining this to your manager at client side. This way prime vendor will put pressure on mid vendor ( if present) and your consulting company. Also write separate email to your consulting ( your consulting HR, recruiter and point of contact) mentioning that if you do not receive your pay within 3 days of this email, your are taking this matter to state labor department where you performed work. In this way, consulting will contact you ASAP and will pay you.
This is my suggestion based on my previous personal experience. Hope it helps you. If you don’t mind please post the name of consulting company in this post when your issue is resolved and leave that company. Thanks.
