RT-PCR test for Covid-19 72hr requirement is from the time swab is collected or is it 72hrs from the time of report issued? Any idea.

Not sure if this makes sense. Just make sure you do PCR test and make sure the test report provided to you is within 72 hrs before your departure time.Personal experience.most pcr report comes in 10-12 hrs or you can pay more to get it early.
