Does anyone have a recent experience of renewing Nepalese passport via mail in the US? I’m wondering how did you handle the photo because passport photo size of IS is different than passport photo size of Nepal. LMK, Thanks!

This is still the same standard 2*2 passports size photo I believe. The form says 35 mm by 45mm. Ask the photographer. I did 2 by 2 long time ago.

Thanks Mangale. I checked that the passport photos we get at Walgreens/CVS/etc is of standard US Passport size (51mmX51mm) which is different than what is mentioned as required for Nepalese Passport size (45mmX35mm). That is why I was wondering if anyone had any idea how to get correct photo size.

I think you can get the photo from cvs/walgreens/costco and cut it on your own to match Nepalese passport. I remember one of my friends did it that way recently. Just to make sure, if you want and possible, call embassy
