My prediction is some of them will qualify for SIV. Others will be given tps like Nepal. And by December or before senate election in 2022, they will pass this into law. I don’t k ow about amnesty for 11 millions. Those who qualifies should get a chance to live here without fear now .

The lawyer never even hints that Nepal is going to be designated. They just say we should hear something next week. Something might just be extension for 9 months.
