Guys, Have any of you invited over parents while pending asylum. 7-8 barsa bhayo US aako, padhera ni sakiyo. Parents really want to see me. Should I bother applying tourist visa for them?

Have any of you invited your parents in this situation?
(Context: They are both working and I have an unmarried sibling.)

Ramailo.. it is not going to be easy to invite your parents while you have pending asylum. But you can still give a shot . U mentioned to have completed your study ?? Did you not find any other alternatives ??

I am not aware of your situation on why you applied for asylum so not going to comment onnit. My parents did apply for renewal while my asylum was pending and since have renewed again whike i am in court of deportation proceedings. Initial visa was approved for my graduation with no asylum in the record.

My best friend invited her mom to attend her wedding while she had her asylum case pending. She was working for this company and they wrote her the letter that stated how much she was making per month. And how long she'd been working for them. I am not sure if she sent her bank statement. But her got 5 years multiple entry visa.
