I wiuld wait and hope for two options.

1. Hope the immigration officer doesn't notice as you didn't.
2. Second, the immigration officer notices, but doesn't get bothered because it is just a typo.

FYI, I am not a lawyer.

Actually, we did think about option 1 but then we thought if noticed, RFE aauchha vanera. In hopes of getting EAD soon, any possible RFEs aile dekhi avoid garna mann chha so we prepared explanation letter about the typo. Second option jastai notice chahi hunchha kina vane we are submitting explanation letter, tetile vaye pani RFE na aaula ki vanne hopele. Aba matlab garne ki nagarne khalko officer le determine garchha hola pachhi k submit garnu parchha vanera. In case RFE aayo vane, new corrected marriage certificate banaunai parchha hola. Aile dekhi banairakhnako lagi k garnu parchha hola vanne pani confusion vayo, original issuing authority ko details change vayeko hunale. Affidavits le hunchha ki hunna vanne pani thaha vayena. Thank you so much for your reply!

That's very proactive to send an explanation before hand. If I was officer reviewing the documents, I would appreciate that.

I wouldn't worry too much about the logo of ward as long as it will have the same issue no. Logos can change. And, human error is normal phenomenon. If you can, it may not be a bad idea to get a corrected copy of your marriage certificate from the ward.

Don't worry too much about it. I'm sure it will be option #1 that someone mentioned above. Don't even bother to send a detailed letter explaining this and that, it may create confusion to the handling officer. Let it be.

Thank you so much! Just hoping that RFE gets avoided, we are trying to get the new corrected marriage certificate just in case. The one we have is written in both Nepali and English and the new one might only be in English, hope that works.

Thank you so much! Trying not to but lately I realized that different cases of RFE and huge processing delays (and added delays due to RFE) has created so much of anxiety. Hopes for now is to get EAD sooner.

Thank you so much! Actually we did think at the beginning about not sending the letter but then tei ta ho RFE aayo vane k garnu vanne soch aayo. If we really had time, RFE ko yeti tension hunna thyo hola tara husbandko EAD January ma expire hunchha ani mero EAD chhaina. Huna ta EAD ko processing chhuttai hunchha hola so marriage certificate ko issue le farak naparla tara kunai kunai casema EAD na aayera direct green card aaune huda, I-485 ko documents ma pani delay nahos vanne vayeko ho. Immigration officer lai confusion hola vanera hamile k garda thik hola vanne confusion jhan badhyo.
