This is instant. You need to elect yourself as a manager of the llc, if youre wanting multiple members it complicates things a bit. (S corp may be better fit)
once you get your fEIN you can apply llc application on your state website, be sure to use the exact naming that you got on the FEIN.
Depending on the state there are costs of llc from state on a annual basis, California is pretty high. research this as well.
Or just get a accountant to set it up. Attorney isnt required IMO.
