Actually they are sending out the mails for 2007 DV Result.
It will take at least 30 - 60 days to gey their website updated.

Yes the notification letters for DV 2007 are being distributed by KCC. Several people in EU region and OC region living at US alreaday got it. Check these sites for verification.

Looks like they have not started sending letters for Asia region though.

Here is is a sample Dv card. It is older though. The new version has a stright looking photograph on it.
