what a goal by Gross Fabio!! one of the greatest moments of this WC.

despite having a great goalkeeper, italians desperately wanted to avoid the penalty shootouts coz they had lost four times consecutively in previous WCs in penalties. and germans are deadly dangerous when it comes to penalty shootouts.

with this win, italy surely look like the team who will win the world cup. its fu--cking hard to score against this team!! i hated germany more than anyone in this wc and am kinda relieved that they are gone now. Portugal will be an awesome match for italy on sunday's grand finale.

most funny thing about french supporter is they believe they could score 2 goals against italy. cracked me up.

1-0 win with little bit of support from refree could have been more realistic. i believe nesta will be back which will make goal scoring even more difficult for france. nesta and cannavaro will make sure the ball doesnot pass thorugh them and even if it does pass the world best goal keeper will do the rest.

and all you guys saying italy is defensive . Are you watching the same world cup as me? They are scoing at a rate of almost 2 goals a match. Thats not defensive. 2 goal in a match for any team can make even the most offenisive team in the world proud.
