Something you miss!!

This thread is for something you miss!! Don’t mention someone you miss like oh my I miss my ex, she/he left me all alone or something. Cause you know we really don’t care about it!!
Mention some thing and I mean thing you miss and don’t mention something that’s obvious or that everyone here could miss!! It has to be something that you and only you could miss because of the details that’s involved in it!! :) okay?? :)
For example you can’t say oh I miss my mom’s cooking back home cause you I bet ya a lot of people living aboard miss that!! But you could say that I miss my mom’s tomato acchar cause she used to a little bit of fish soup in it!! :P does anyone even do that?? Well I hope you got the point ke!! :)
And also it could be like a brief moment in your life that something happened!! Or something that could never happen again but you miss it a lot!!

PS: I really want the silent readers in sajha to mention something, cause you know we all wanna know who you are!! :P :P

So here’s something I miss:
Okay last night I was thinking about what to have for dinner! And then I thought that I should boil noodles but then I realized that we were out of wai wai ke!! So, I was like hmm… you know what I miss I miss that day when I was outside my house in Nepal eating noodles and it was like those long long noodles ke!! And as I thought about it I think it was the feeling I got at that time that I missed more than the noodles cause you know it’s not like I’ve been deprived of noodles or anything. Haha!! The smell was like hmm…of cow’s like smell and it was like the feeling I got as I sat in front of my door around 5pm trying to scoop the long long noodles into my mouth ke!! :)
Too bad I’ll never have that time ever again!! :( But I’ll always miss it and the memory will always be with me!! :)

If you find difficult making pani puri, the best thing is to buy ready made from indian store. You can get pani in dust format where you just mix it with water and puri you can get it ready made in packet. I tried once, it's not that bad.
It's just my suggestion.

Nails, im missing Gundruk ko tarkari..sinkee ko achaar...masyaura,,,,,jimmu le jhaneko daal. i have been cooking for the last 3-4 yrs by myself,,at least three days a week,,i tried different dishes,,,went out for varieties of cuisine,,never got that satisfaction as i used to while swallowing "Bhuja with Gundruk/masyaura, aloo ko achaaar, jimmu le jhaneko kaalo daal, gravy goat meat, fry pan ma tataayeko ghee,,ani glass ma Moi"
Nails,,and other guys.....what do you think?,,do you guys also miss the same thing that i do every evening when i lean back in your dining chair?

I am missing these things::

I was looking around here and there and then i went to some ranking thread or something. there i saw these figures and then i don't know why but i rememered my environment's teacher in nepal!! it wasn't like she liked me or anything hmm..maybe she did!! i don't know, but i miss her right now!! :( :( maybe it's cause i want to be in that time period/setting again!! :( aaaahhhhhhh!!! :(

i miss mom oiling my hair to make it look shiny .. and its so damn dull as always! :P Way back, at least she cared abt my hair , right now no one does. i wish we were all bald :)

I miss pashupati sleshmantak ban ko benches overlooking aryaghat smelling burning pyre and realizing that we are so chaught up with life that we forget we are mortals. it gave me a feeling of humility.

I miss, Airport ko half cooked sekuwa,,,,,,, Trichandra college ko chana, ani Nachaghar nerako Pizza, .......... The most I miss my coworker Binita singh who workded with me at GPC in New york. Yeeeeeeee New ypourk life really WoW! I miss that......

I miss my mom's dal and bhat. I also miss Choyela baji and alu tama. UMmmmmmm. My mouth is watering now
