I don't know in Milan, but there is a good chance of Nepalese student being in Trieste, a northen Italian city, about 6/8 hrs train from Milan. You can look into the www.ictp.trieste.it website and uder 'diploma programme'. This is a research institute which usually takes 1/2/3 people each year from nepal in their Diploma program in math and physics. Hope you will find somebody.
