It is our great pleasure to cordially invite you to the Newah Organization of America's 8^th Annual Convention and General Meeting in the Washington, DC metropolitan area on Sunday May 24, 2009. As always, we hope you can join us over the Memorial Day holiday weekend for our traditional gathering of NOA members, friends, and supporters.

Please come to enjoy informative presentations, good company, delicious food, Nepala Mandala arts and crafts exhibition, business forum, and great entertainment.
Join us for traditional Newah Samay Bajee and dinner followed by the cultural program.

LUSKUS—NOA’s Annual Publication— CALL FOR PAPERS & ADS

Submit events and news of the Newah community in your area; articles and papers written on topics relating to Newah heritage, including art and artifacts, history, culture, language, literature, etc.; and discussions of the issues of the Nepalese community in the U.S. We also accept greetings, matrimonial news, school success highlights, business promotion, and simply good wishes and compliments.

The deadline for submissions is midnight April 15, 2009.
