use USPS, within few days your doc., will be in Nepal and probably cost around $25.00

i trust fedex well usps is reliable too... cost depends on the kind of service you want don't worry your doc won't be lost ....i used fedex to sent mine but i didn't sent documents ...so it was kinda expensive to me

Thanks for the reply, I am trying to send passport size photo for police clearance certificate. I am thinking about scanning the photo and sending it as an email attachment. can we just do the photo print out and use it ?? I've send all the other documents scanned and attached in email and the print out was fine. I guess I can do the similar for the photo aswell right?

Yes dipulata you can send photo as an attachment and your folks over there can print it.
