The LTTE and its ruthless leader Prabhakaran have finally met his end at the hands of Sri Lankan Army. But the dealers of death in Nepal are creating havoc . Shouldn't this Nepali version of Prabhakaran and LTTE be annihilated instead of letting them capture the state by means of violence and bloodshed ?

यसले के देखाउछ भने जब सम्म आम नेपालि लाइ शिक्षित बनाउन सक्दैनौ यस्ता चोरहरु नै अगाडि रहनेछन, त्यहि भएर शिक्षा मा जतिशक्तो धेरै लगानि हुना आबस्यक छ,

I feel happy that a south asian country has shown enough determination to systematically eliminate a violent opposition to a democratic state.  Lets hope that the international community sees to it that the genuine grievances of the Tamil people in Sri Lanka are addressed by its government. 

It should have been a good lesson for the armed organizations in Nepal, and also for those in power. Those who don't believe in democracy should not have any space and those who believe in violent opposition should not be spared either. Unfortunately, our country has already yielded to the violent ideas and the present leadership, itself a great admirer of violent means, does not have any moral strength to try to stop others.

Ya but with the blood bath of 70,000 srilankans .....now only about 13,000 Nepalese had died so far ...letting him chant the slogan of maoism is giving him a clear way to kill more Nepalese so ...first and foremost he should be stopped because he openly says that a revolt should be made stronger despite it asks bloodbath .....and only those 5000 gurrelas in the cantonment are his nepales citizen and he openly points us as their enemy ....so gotta watch out no later sooner ...if a astray dog is let out in the street you all know it spreads rabies ...

sajhabusaima, do not cry! we understand what you are trying to say. LITTE is eliminated there is no doubt in terriost like Maoists, this is a huge set back! and your saying of Maoists has vision that is why the came forward, -even after the prachanda's video tape??, yo kura hali hajam bhayena ho.

It certainly shakes Maoists. Indira congress got almost a strong number, and at the same time Indian communists lost the election in a shameful way. This combination of Indian politics will certainly be a bad news to Nepali Maoists because Maoists if go to jungle, India might not allow them in the same form as before. Maoists should change or face the LTTE's fate. Sri Lankan government used the same strategy as India did in Khalistan. In the Khalistan issue, the Punjabi people were tired, and realized that have separate country and the fight are not worthy, and waste to time. The so called fighters misused the issue and brought more pain to locals just like Maoists are doing in Nepal using YCL/PLA/Maoist cadres. YCL/PLA/Maoist cadres were treated above the law as we have seen in last 9 month rule of Maoists, this brought all chor fataha, gunda, danka to YCL/PLA/Maoist brand, and got free access to law. LTTE in Sri Lanka did the same thing, they got backfired by public of their own, and a good strategy from government to help local people instead of treating locals as enemy, government provided more rasons. Initially people are under stockholm syndrome and follow such terrorist organizations, but once they realize who they are, then the public turn back and reach the government provided government offers realistic solutions. Now, it is MKN who should provide a realistic package to help Nepali people and exploit the weakness of Maoists. It is time to return to better governing: peace, security, law and order, and trust on government. Good Luck to MKN.

Maoists are not going back to the Jungle. They know that is exactly what India and Kattuwal wants Maoists to do right now. With some many years of publicity Army probably already knows about their whereabouts and they will be easy target for extermintation. Maoists are too cunning to know that. They will stay in the city and break railings on the street or benches in the house.
