Hello I need to get "power of attorney" from embassy in washington dc. Has anyone done this before? This is regarding "manjurinama" to sell land back home. The Embassy website says that we can notarize the documents and mail it but if its not accepted in Nepal, Embassy will not be responsible. I just wanted to know if anyone has tried it and if this has been accepted in Nepal for the purpose of selling Land.
