I just want to share information that might be helpful to Nepalese students who are looking for affordable education in the US. This accredited University is very affordable and also offers scholarship to incoming students, both transfers and freshmen alike. For those who just want to maintain their visa status or for those who want to attend a university rather than a community college at lower cost than other universities while being legally allowed to work, this university is a perfect fit. If you or any of your friends need any further information you can contact me, and I can furnish them with more information. I can even try working out with you if you are curently out of status under F1.
* University is located in Denver,Colorado. www.tlhu.edu (University is trying to change the name soon)
*Can find cheap fooding and accomodation.
* We can legally help you work once enrolled in the University.
(All this service will be provided for FREE..no Charge)
I read few comments below n here is what i have to say:
Ok guys, this is not a joke nor i'm trying to make any money out of it. I have lived in US for 12 years now. I am just trying to help nepalese who are having hard time for or with schools in US. I have been thru this in past myself.
The reason i didnot mention the name of the University is they are trying to change the name of it. Any enrollment you want to do u can go thru me....coz if you want to go thru yourself you cannot get all the benefits which you can.
U can learn more abut the university at www.tlhu.edu but the site and the name will probably be changed soon.
Please, anyone interested about this University needs to contact me throught he email provided. Every question will be answered and details will be sent through it. Thanx.
Sounds Fishy. Made me feel like the thread author is one of those Education Consultancy in Kathmandu. I remember my time back in Nepal like five years ago when these Education Consultancies would lie to the students about admission guarantee, low cost accommodation, job guarantee, etc etc. They would even put big advertisement in daily English Newspaper. I personally visited handful of those places only to be frustrated by them as they would require me to pay huge sum of money up front even before anything is finalized, even though they had guaranteed several things. There used to be an Educational Consultancy (that I personally know of) in front of the Cinema Hall by the Rani Pokhari in Kathmandu who basically took money from many students applying for foreign Universities in US, UK, Australia, etc (students who were guaranteed) and went underground not to be found again. Cases like these happened frequently in Kathmandu and you Mr. Anish (so called Sathi001), to act like one of those Education Consultancies here, SHAME ON YOU.

truespeaker, confused_soul, arib007, i_m...you guys sound so dumb, i wonder how you can even use a computer!!!
he clearly has a link to the current website of that university and the website has the university's name so clearly typed in there. and, in later days the university admin might change the name, as well as the website.
teikyo loretto heights. yea, i would change that name also.
from what he's is saying it's been 12 years re so probably he's a TA or may be a professor. and, you can also confirm his name, phone number from the website or other source, *which he will surly till you after you contact him* <- common sense.
come on guys!!! this guy is trying to help, which could be very helpful to few of us. a little respect please.
thees keta, Have u gone mad??? Ta sachai nai thees ho. That guy sathi001 just recently posted the link. He hasnt posted it b4. Ani bhai ta bhanda dhera thaha cha malai. Go f**k urself u she male. Ani bhai tyo Teiko loreto or watever isnt cheaper dude. Universities like Saint cloud and mostly universities of minnesota are lot cheaper. Got it. JPT guff chahi na haney huncha yaha aayera.
Guys, Just make a comparison between other cheap universities and this. Which one is cheaper. Universities like Saint Cloud, University of Minnesota,Southern Arkansas are lot cheaper. These universities are 10 grand cheaper than this TLH University annually.
I agree with Mr. ARIB, but please donot go with the chart of expenses and tution costs. Every University does have their own prospective and way to take in any students. But we can gurantee you about 30 to 40% of scholarship and a work permit thru University, so at least you can affod to pay your tution fees.
Current we are working on a way to make easy for students who are out of status and at least we can enroll them and get them going.
We know not everyone will agree with this nor we expect to, but if u need help we can help you.........and we donot need any money from you or your creditcard #.
I saw a lot of confusion among the respondents so let me try to clarify everything.
I am not here to dupe anyone or mislead anyone; I am here to point out facts and share information, which I hope might be beneficial to some of you. You are smart and can conduct your own research to verify the information. FYI, we never claimed it to be the cheapest university around; we simply said this is an affordable university i.e. this is one of the cheaper universities.
I happen to have good rapport with the C.E.O of the university while doing some business with the university. This university is in a transition phase, and I am part of it. So, I am just trying to exploit the situation to benefit Nepalese students. While talking to the C.E.O of the university, I convinced him to offer good scholarships for Nepalese students. In return, I told him I would try to draw in Nepalese students.
As I already mentioned, this university is in a transition phase. It is changing its name from Teikyo Loretto Heights University (TLHU) to Colorado Heights University (CHU). It offers ESL, BA, and MBA courses.
You can verify the information from the admissions office and apply to the university by yourself. If you are good students, you might get a scholarship of no more than 20% of your tuition fees. But if you go through me, I can provide you a scholarship from 30% to 40%. So you can decide for yourself.
And the most important aspect of considering this university is the work authorization part. Both BA and MBA students can legally pursue jobs outside of the university while studying. For MBA students, one can start working from the first semester itself; while for BA students, you can begin working after the first year at the university. Also advantageous is the fact that the university does not require a TOFEL score or a GMAT score for admission.
We are not claming to be totally altruistic in this exchange. The main point is Nepalese students can benefit from this, and the university gets a chance to flourish.
I will be posting a brochure soon where you can find all the information you need.
Sathi001 is helping me with the project. If you are interested, please email us at:

Its rule or law all over USA . by Department of Homeland security that student can apply for work permit on the basis of economic hardship after attending a college for a year. . . so whats above "purview" meant to say ... .. no matter it is in Denver or LA or where ever.. . you can apply for work permit legallly . . so no need to advertise that one can work .. .. . . .i am just pointing out this as everybody should know. .. . tuition cost .. i have no idea . . . but regarding working off campus. . .. you can apply frm anywhere . .. why you have to attend that college to get that
Sorry for the confusion. I forgot to mention the tuition fee part on my last post. The one who posted the tuition fee above is not correct. I am attaching the university brochure so you can look at the tuition fee part on it with other college information, which might clarify some of your skepticism or questions. And please do not forget to deduce the 30% to 40% scholarship from the total tuition fee, which you will probably get. If you have a very good academic standing, I might even be able to emphasize your application packet to get full scholarship from the university. Below are some useful information:
International Tuition fees
Undergraduate (BA): $12,950.00
Graduate (MBA): $12,080.00
On-Campus Housing
Marian Hall: $350/month
Pan Hall: $295/month
Sorry, I could not upload the file because of its size. If you want to know more about it, shoot me an email; I will email you the brochures.
Teikyo University(帝京大学,teikyō daigaku?) is a private university headquartered in the Itabashi ward of Tokyo, Japan. It was established in 1931 as Teikyo Commercial High School (帝京商業高等学校). It became Teikyo University in 1966. It is part of Teikyo Group, a multinational educational foundation that also operates language and cultural exchange facilities at pre-university levels in various countries.
The university consists of eight undergraduate facilities, one junior college, and six graduate schools. Five main campuses in Japan are supplemented by several overseas campuses that provide study-abroad opportunities for Japanese students, as well as Japanese-oriented learning for residents of the campuses' home countries. Total enrollment is about 20,000 students. Although the headquarters is the Itabashi campus, the majority of students (approximately 17,000) are enrolled at the Hachiōji campus in West Tokyo.
On September 18, 2002 the chief executive officer (CEO) of Tokyo's Teikyo University Shoichi Okinaga resigned over allegations of questionable donations from students seeking admission to its medical school.
On November 6, 2002 Tokyo prosecutors arrested the younger brother of Teikyo University's former chief executive officer (CEO) in connection with a scandal involving illegal donations to the university before admission of students, sources close to the case said.
On February 14, 2003 Japanese tax authorities accused Kimie Okinaga, younger sister of former Teikyo University President Shoichi Okinaga, of concealing more than 200 million in income from fees collected from parents seeking to enroll their children in Teikyo's medical school.
Many of Teikyo's U.S. colleges have been closed, some due to loss of accreditation.
Hello Guys, you all can be Alarmed but donot get alarmed with flase information. The above post is realted to Medical Majors and was in Japan. In US..we only have BA and MBA.
afai chose garera apply garyo bhane best huncha! I wouldn't trust these guys. you gotta apply through someone else... to a university thats changing its name.. when it issues u ur i20, its gonna be an obsolete name... does that make a difference?
$20k+ /year with a 50% scholarship still = $10k/year . Not exactly cheap! MN ma schooling is around $6k a year. Plus you have work opportunities.
and it begins - on Day 1 Trump will begin operations to deport millions of undocumented immigrants
