Always buy organic chicken, it says natural and hormone free. Lean meat like chicken breast and turkey breast are good.
Cut off your carbohydrate and sugar.  Eat more green vegetable, if you don't like vegetable just grill it.Drink more water and exercise.Count your calories before you eat. Don't eat more calories than your body can burn..

Lods of protein form chicken n carbohydrate from rice.


In nepal, we hardly have chicken twice a week but here we have it twice a day.


We need to think why Kasai are heavy in Nepal. Coz they eat meat everyday.

The info shared above is on the mark. However I wanted to stress one thing...Gorkhali le kati momo ra khasi ko masu khana sakeko??? MY GOD!!!! Jahile mauka paye ki either momo or khasi ko masu. We when were in Nepal, typically most of us only ate masu once or twice a week. But here it is almost on every meal. A friend who is a medical doctor, a Nepali, told me one time that coz of our social and cultural mapping, our body is not conditioned to handle all this excessive consumption of meat thus resulting on weight gain and other health issues. This medical explanation to highlight our own body compostion may help us in tuning into our body and to taking proactive approach to maintain our both physical and medical level.

Many reaons to get belly botton. Lack of exercse, loosing metabosim, food contains more calorigis than needed, you can name hundreds of reasons. How often you sweat? How many times you eat calculate the calories and start finding weight you are getting every week. Just simple like this.

I was gaining weight coz I was taking more calories than required by my body! It took a long time to realize.

May be because the delivery guy brings the pizza right to your TV couch so that you don't even have to bother to get up to pay.
May be because the streets are too dangerous to walk on, therefore instead ride your armored car to any given destination. After all it is better to be fat than dead, right?
May be because you only get food from restaurant where they have drive-thru service so that you don't even have to step out of the car. What a convenience!
May be because you live too close to a KFC or a burger joint from where tempting aroma flow right into your residence every now and then you give in to it.
May be you are too lazy to cook at home or don't have any inclination whatsoever to learn.
May be because you pretend you are not home by not answering the door-bell when you are relishing the 555 deal from your neighborhood pizza chain.
May be because you are convinced that a box of candies serve as a better healer of depression than a board-certified shrink.
May be because working just one extra over-time hour pays for a day-off visit to the largest selection of ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT BUFFET in town. This must be the real paradise for a chap who hails from a country where the sight of malnourished children are rampant.

If you want to loose weight you need to burn more calorie than you intake. It's that simple.

Eat like an man, food with lots of protein and then work your butt off in the gym. If you want to get big lift heavy weights with less reps and if you want to be more athletic do more cardio with circuit training.

Copycat, eat a lot of American foods and junk foods. Don't forget to drink one or more soda a day for extra calorie. The most important thing is not to exercise at all! I followed these basic guidelines and gained almost 30 kg (66 lbs) in a very short period.
