 HELP FOR DV "CP OR AOS"

I recently won the dv lottery 2010 and the case number is 21*** and currently lives in the US but confused to choose the processing.I heard that consular processing is faster and safer than adjusting the status.please share your experience.ani dv pareko sathi harule kun processing garnu bhayo?any help would be highly appreciated.

ya cp is faster then AOS. But u need to go back to nepal for CP n that may not be easy. Cause the interview maynot be scheduled in the time convenient to you. I have also got da dv first leter n case number is somewhere in 12 thousand and i have decided to do AOS. And this year the case number upto 30,000 is active so u have a very fare chance on getting the green card. Simply fill all the forms and send them to KCC and then you can keep on contacting USCIS when your case number becomes active. You can get the information on active case number from the mnthly visa bulletin published in USCIS website. But I think you dont have to worry much and simply go wid da adjustment of status. But go thru the web n do some research n u can decide then. nyway best of luck !!
