Tuppi, you are really patmurkha. You are not only patmurkha but also a low life creature as you have proved once more. As I have already written, who doesn't know DUI is bad thing? Nobody needs your lecture here. You are giving lecture to a dead man. Your writing proves that you are a pathetic moron and a SOB.

Mr. Tuppi,

First of all, I am very sorry for the loved ones you lost
because of drunk drivers. I know the pain that you feel, and hope that no one
on the world has to suffer through that.

We can see that you empathize on the people who have lost
their friend or relative due to drinking and  driving related accidents. But right now,
people who drink and drive are not reading this post (i.e.drunk drivers), maybe
some ,but most people who are reading this are probably people close to Balram.
So, a person with common sense would guess that the purpose of your writing (to
educate people of dangers of drunk driving) is proving useless right now. I
would suggest writing these same comments on posts that has party or alchohol
as topics or tags, where you can find possible accident makers in future.

The thing is even though you hate drunk drivers (maybe
Balram too), you are inflicting pain on others( people close to Balram) but not
the drunk drivers. If you are a good human being then you would sympathize on
the family who have lost their 2nd son in a year (yes its true) and
the friends who loved his friend dearly. I bet these are not the people who you
are angry with right? Or are you on a crusade of causing pain to the innocent
family, because its seems like you are doing such. I bet there is no drunk driver who has read this post and said I
will quit drinking and driving.

We can see that you are trying to prove that you are trying
to be a better human being. But we can also see that the others here are not
supporting drinking and driving either.  Please
take your personal agenda to a post where it will be effective. If you are as
good as a human being that you are trying to prove here, then you will probably think about his innocent family for few seconds who you are hurting by writing such comments. If you are still trying to argue and provide more discussion then you
probably are a miserable low life who needs some attention in the expense of
the grieving family and friends.

As a fellow human being, not just being nepali, I would
suggest you to please take down your comments and show respect to the family
and friends even if you do not do it for Balram.

I agree with you tuppi,

Drinking and driving is inviting your own death. So I have no sympathy for that. My cousin was also killed by a drunk driver. So I have no mercy or sympathy for those people who drinks and drive. They not only take own life but will take some others PEOPLE LIFE

Here we are concerned about this guy BECAUSE he is a nepali. What if that guy had killed OUR own family members. We all need to keep in mind

He might be a geneious and excelled in school or won people's heart but HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OWN MISTAKE.

MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE.

I didn’t inflict pain on anyone. Quit blaming me for the infliction of pain. Drunk drivers inflict pain on their own family and on the rest of the world.

You wouldn’t understand the pain of a death caused by a drunk driver until you lose your loved one.

I didn’t come here to lecture anyone or advocate anything. I was simply expressing my thoughts. If you don’t like them, don’t read them. I stand behind my expressions.

It was on that day when a drunk driver KILLED my best friend that I quit feeling sorry for all these drunk-driving scumbags.  If you are one of them, keep reading. If you are not, simply ignore my comments and move on.

Too many similarities. It’s just not a co-incident:

drunk drivers

9/11 terrorists

kill thousands of innocent people

killed thousands of innocent people

brain impaired by alcohol

brainwashed by al queda

use automobile as weapon

used airplanes as weapons

die while killing others

died killing others

supporters rationalize their actions

supporters rationalized their actions

blame others for others

blamed others for everything

inflict pain on others/their own family             inflicted pain on others

nned_help2009, I think we all agree with Tuppi but the point is to direct your anger towards the drunk drivers not their family! Right now, you guys are doing a very worthless job of hurting his family by having this discussion.

We can take our agenda outside this post and lets start a new post where we can talk about dangers of drinking and driving. Please please please, anyone who is replying here, I request you to take your agendas and "exercising my own thoughts" into a different post. Let us help the family, alleviate the

pain not aggravate it.

Tuppi/ned help or whatever you are,

I think you guys are missing the point. Dont go to a funeral and bash the dead, its not proper. I agree with your sentiments, dont think this is the right thread to spill it.  I get the feeling you are trying to prove a point and you have a valid point to prove, just dont assume we all are so dumb that we have to be reminded drinking and driving is bad. If you feel the word needs to get out, then start another thread dedicated to the topic. I for one was taken aback by the comments you made on this thread, and I am sure I am not the only one-- peace and RIP to the departed.

I am not talking about the victim family. I am talking about the drunk driver here who is responsible for his own death. I do  feel sorry for his family truth is truth ... HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OWN ACT.

If that is my own child who drinks and drive i WOULD NOT REGRET OR GREIVEEEEEEEE ..GOD GIVES PUNSIHEMENT....THAT IS WHAT HE DESERVES....

Mr tuppi

You just saved millions of lives by giving this lecture on DUI. Great work. No one in this world knows about DUI as much as you do. You truly are a great person. You saved the entire planet. OMG with your knowledge on DUI you should be running this world. But i think you dont realize that this is not the right place for your lecture. BTW i really like ur facts, all the comparison betn DUI and 9 11. Good Job.U did quite a bit of research.

Eagleye, I think we need to take a pass on this jerk. He is not tired of giving lecture but does not realize whether this is a right place or right audience. He is just venting his anger on those who did not do anything other than to be related (family, friend or country men) to a person who happen to take his life due to drunk driving. He did not take anybody's life anyway. This thread was not meant to praise a drunk driver but to mourn his death. This jerk never got this point and will never get it. Nobody here denied the fact that DUI is bad thing.

The other jerk (nned_help2009) who says god punished him since he drove while drunk. If that was true, each person killed whether by a drunk driver or whatever reason is at god's will. Why don't you get this point dude?

There are jerks in each society and these jerks will never learn or know what they are doing. Nobody was advocating DUI here. I am neither a friend or anybody related to the deceased. My comments are enticed by Tuppi's comment.

Guys Lets not fight on this thread, Balram was a like my little brother, i know for a fact that he is not a guy that drinks and drives, that to on long distances. Only one newspaper reported this issue, which i want to confirm, but i just want to let it go and not ask the newspaper because it is form a small town with little resources.

He was a very nice guy, helped people in any and every way possible, made lots of friends and has touched the lives of lots of people that ever came across him. He was brilliant student, a hard worker.

He will be missed!

Tuppi and nned_help.I have not seen such an immature and insensitive morons like you before. Just keep your insular thoughts and advices with in yourself. Nobody is concerned with your self proclaimed and one centered advices. Btw you know nothing about the truth. It seems like you are throwing stones at the dark.Do you even know the truth?????????????How dare you guys  to decide what did he deserves???You filthy morons dont you have any sense and morality?
@nned_help i really think you need a help to broaden your knowledge. You know what half knowledge is dangerous? You know nothing?Do you even have any proof? How can you be so sure he was drunk at that moment. It was not mentioned any where except in one news paper and it is not the truth. So just stop exaggerating your  views.

tuppi & nned_help, I think you are some typical nepali jackass who doesn't shy away from death to profit from ( being trying to be know it all intelligent here). In death we celebrate his/her positive sides, achievements not how bad they were. Stupid moron learn this manner or get  kicked out of any funeral processions. We gather here as nepali community expressing our condolences and if you don't wanna be part of it say nothing. Also this is boiling my temperature as you  tributing to unknown coulda ,shoulda, woulda victims when he died alone in this case, the fact fackhead!!  and have some heart mofo !!      RIP!!

wtf ? is going on in here. We lost one of our best friends . It does not make  sense that you guys are argueing for a stupid reason mentioned. Why dont you all shut the f**k off and pray for his soul.

I know Balaram for years and never knew he would have drove drunk . Called the news paper yesterday and the editor said they have no proof from the medicals .

There is a memorial service from his college tommorow and is organised by the college alumni and his friends . Most of them are from the place where the  news paper hometown . Americans as well as others have said that accident did not happened due to drunk driving and it does not say ANYWHERE IN HIS MEDICAL REPORT THAT HE WAS DRUNK .

Why we Nepalese brothers argue now ? This is the time we share the pain with his family not to spray salt over the wound .

I hope  we will stop argueing about this matter and pray for his soul .
