Hi Paribartan1 Ji,

Yep, you can! But you got to have previous job experience. I've seen my friends doing from restaurants, fast foods, gas stations showing that you have  prior experience. Usually, cooks or managers are considered as skilled workers. So, if you know some restaurants managers, owners etc. you can talk to them and file the labor. Please, find right attorney. If you have any prior experience in any kind of jobs like engineering, Science, IT , you can find the job, talk to the company to file your H1-B and you can file the green card. These processes might take from 2-6 years if everything goes fine. However, if you are here in US legally for 2 years, you can join US army and directly get citizenship in 6 months. Also, don't forget DV lottery every year (better hurry up if you are planning this year. One more option is filing asylum, but I heard this has to be done within 1 year of entering or reentering US. Last but not the least, if you fall in love with US citizens, that will work too. ..
Hope it helped...

Thanks
