There is no medicine that I know of. Only treatment is to give him a "Speech Therapy." You might want to look for a Speech Therapist in your area.

Seriously, Its a very annoying diseases. Not exactly a diseases, because diseases can be cured. This one has no such definitive cure that you would wanna go through. The only thing you can rely is self determination and practice. As Nikesh282 mentioned, its a self therapy. Just like changing habit, quiting smoke and these are much easier in compare to the one we are talking about.

Its hard but not impossible. It takes time but better start today. Notice those words where he have problems speaking everytime. Try to speak them appropriately first. And think of sentence using them. try it over and over again looking mirror or in presence of somebody. Sometime nervousness also leads to such habit. So be sure that u r always confident.

Remember; Everything is possible. just keep on smiling and keep on trying. This is life !

married, I was in the same situation as your bhai before. Now I have almost cured it myself. The problem is purely psychological, bhakbhakaunu is not a problem at first, it is a symptom of some other sub-conscious problems. Only your bhai himself can solve it. He has to understand his situation. Yes I went to speech therapy, and that gave me new insight of this problem. In short I will say try to socialize him as much as you can, let him not worry about his bhakbhakaune problem, just dont care and talk to as many people as possible. It is hard to explain as I am not a psychologist. Hope I did not confuse you more !

Hi Married, There is nothing in this world that cant be cured beside Cancer,AIDS etc. I am a Psychologist from California. I do believe in home Therapy . I had 2 cousins  who were the same. They were beaten up by their dad when they were young. The dad (My Uncle) who is an Engineer  wanted his children to be an engineer as well. Uncle hit them bad for them to study hard and get good grades. Thats how they started " Bhak Bhak"  . They lived with me for 2 years ( My cousins). I really wanted to help them. I actually helped them at home. The doctors cost too much for the sessions.
Here is a Mantra which will do good. You just have to believe in it. Chant any time. The more you chant the better for you!! Please keep me update!!

Make  him speak slowly.
Make him repeat the words.
Go on the internet and type " Speech Therapy" on Google , and make them hear it as well as repeat it.
Make this a routine every day for Speech.

About me, I went to the therapy in Nepal. They basically teach what this problem is, mechanics of the speech. Find problematic words and practice them.

 I did not need any further help with this in here.
You can try by calling your local hospital, I think.
