My parents are going back to Nepal on 23rd of January (Washington DC-London-Baharain-KAthmandu). They can not speak and write English. I am looking for any Nepalese going to Nepal by Gulf Air who can accompain with them. (They wouldn't need any physical assistance, but need help  to get boarding pass and go to right gate number and board plane. If any body is willing to help, I can pay $300 as a token of appreciation.

You appear to be desperate for your parents.  Several years ago, an old couple with no English skill came to the USA.  They had several 4" x 4" cards with them.  Each card had some messages/requests/questions written on them, in Nepali on one side of the card and in English on the other side.  They had cards like "Please help me get in Flight No. xxx to Baharain" on one side and same line in Nepali on the other side.  He even lines like "please give me a glass of water" Or "Could I get milk?'.  That idea worked!  They made to the USA safe!

My advice is you should  accompany them upto DC yourself.  There is very good chance you will find some Indians or even some Nepali at DC airport flying to London!  There will be plenty of people from India and Nepal at the airports in London and Baharain.  I am sure they will help your parents at those airports. 

Simple thing that you need to do.

Register one of your parents as handicapped. Airline will assist you until the destination.

Dont Worry you can book wheel chair for your parents so that Air line will do the rest.Immigration,to get in boarding in both transit London and and Baharain.Just pretend that your mum and Dad both are suffering from Artharitis/Gout so they cant walk or have severe back pain(dont have to show them medical certificate) ,and let them know your parents only understand Hindi language while check in ( and I hope you parents do understand or speak at least broken Hindi) to communicate. bear in mind all major airlines and airprts MUST have one Hindi speaking crew/staff either onboard or on the ground coz Dhoti's population forms nearly 25% of the World's total population without hindi speaking staff/crew they cant compete in international tours/travel industry .This is the way my parents travel on their own every year KTM-LONDON return.They board and get off the air craft first before other passengers and get thru immigration counter with the help of wheel chair attendant thru fast lane and their luggage will be claimed by the airline's ground staff and will be handover to your relative at KTM airport who will come to receive your parents.So easy safe and troubleless journey for the elderly is to book wheel chair.GOOD LUCK and wish safe journey to ur Parents.

Thank you all for your advice. As madhesi has stated - I am really deseperate to have some one as companion as time is approaching faster. While ideas provided are very useful and will be the one to follow, some time flight of gulf are delayed at london and hard to get boarding pass unless one can talk/argument. Hopefully such things will not happen to my parents. I am going to DC airport to leave and to get boarding pass for my parents and hopefully I will meet someone there. I am still looking for some companion. Thanks for your valuable suggestions.

I am still checking if someone out there who is traveling on 23rd by Gulf Air to Nepal.
