I have a couple questions regarding the upcoming ANA basketball tournament in Boston:

Who is the sports coordinator?

Does an asterisk belong with Boston's 2009 championship as their star player was not even Nepali, rather a full-blooded Tibetan guy? Boston should do the respectable thing and forfeit last year's trophy to MMC.

Are non-Nepalis permitted to participate this year? I have a few Chinese and Indian friends who are interested in ANA.

I encourage other teams to replicate Boston's winning formula by acquiring players who have no Nepali in their blood. In fact, we should no longer call it a Nepali Basketball Tournament as this title is quite misleading.

I think jackie chan bro is making some point. The rules and regulations should be cleared out. I think they should let not more than 2 foreign players at a team. That way it would be more interesting and competitive too.

P.S Foreign means anybody beside Nepali doesnt matter if sb is a tibetan, indian or bhutanese.

what if a person.. who has been staying in Nepal forever.. and just happen to be moved from Tibet or India or rest of the world..

do we not consider him/her as a nepali or is the rules and regulation more important.

JC and you have made excellent point. however 2009 is not coming back. lets try to make it better in 2010 ANA..

legal Identification is a must then..

Lil_Silenze bro you made some good points.....all I'm saying is that in all the years we had ANA before, all the participants were full-blooded Nepalese or had some Nepali in their blood....this was the regulation....I guess Boston was tired of losing each year and decided to to bend the rules without other teams knowing so they got a tibetan dude...and the name says speaks for itself  Khetsun Lokyitsang...wtf, i guarantee there is not one drop of  nepali in the dude's blood....yet he is participating in a NEPALI basketball tournament...if Boston is planning to play this guy or get other tibetans or chinese ballers this year, please let other teams know...so that we can get non-nepalis on our teams as well..
