What the (f)uck going on with (i do call . com) yaar. I have been trying to call Nepal for the past 3 months and it seems not working. when I try to contact the Customer Support (1-800-958-6830), its out of service and the email support also seems to be not working. Is this kind of fruad. I recharged my card and its not working anymore. What the (f)uck is this? Nepali le Nepali lai thagne ho ra banya yaar...kaha complain garne holla yaar yesta mu_ji haru lai...lau na help garam

It would be better to complain the BBB. Keep all the purchased information and post directly with BBB. It also can be reported department of treasury, if the company has been registered in US.

Where do you call? Kathmandu or outside Kathmandu? Do not get frustrate with these calling cards? They make business like that. Once they catch up business they volume of customer goes up and connection gets busy and no connection at all. Money will be स्वाहा , you will start your tantrum like this. Your energy is diverted to wrong place and negative energy is capturing you. So either take it easy and deal it , pay little extra and enjoy the conversion ( phone call ) or seek for alternative solution. Whom you make the most of your call? Is it your family or Friends? If it is your family it is very easy if you are in Kathmandu, ask them to call in certain time. If it is your friends and check it out how many times they call you? I am guessing it is not what you wanted to hear about. If it is your boy or girl friend may be some other way you can be connected. Thanks for reading my comment, I had similar attitude now i am fine with it. No more frustration. I am getting call on my cell, anytime I can receive it and it is crystal clear.

When i was in Nepal for 6 months,my wife used every type of calling card possible.It was extremely frustating for her.It used to take a really long time to connect and if it was a call to a cell phone in Nepal,the calls used to drop every few minutes.It got so bad,i had to start calling from there to stay in touch. After i came back,we looked into what service was good and about 8 months ago a friend told me to try stana card.I tried it and found it to be pretty reliable.Thats how i have been staying in touch with my folks back home. Although i admit i do not use it that much because most of the time my folks call at a predetermined time,since it is so much more cheaper to call from there. But when i do have to call,i find that stana is quick and reliable. This is ofcourse my personal experience and other users may have their own stories to tell.

If you pay through Credit Card, just report your bank that charges is fraud and you never got service that you bought. The hassle will then go to the seller to provide proof. Chances are that you will be imposed few dollar fine if the seller wins their case. If they don't follow up, your payment will be reimbursed. It is not a legal advice, but I think, is a good way to teach them a lesson.

Yes. I purchased through i_do_call too and I'm trying to call continously since yesterday evening. One of their number is not in service and when I was finally able to dial using 646-862-5323 (number listed on their website) i got the message that call cannot be completed at this time. Customer Service number is not in service and no reply to email, really a shame on i_do_call. These guys should be ashamed of themselves. What are th steps to file a complain with the BBB?
and San , what is this drama about [disallowed string for promo not allowed]? what is wrong with typing that i_do_call word? I don't see any promo going on here. Even if it is what is wrong with letting people know about your business through a thread? or you want people only to advertise by paying you fat sum of money?

Dear mohanb Not everything has to be about money but you are free to arrive at your own conclusions. In the past these guys were actively promoting their site/service 6-7 times a day which is kind of in bad taste in my opinion. Sajha allows limited amount of free publicity but when it is evident that someone's participation here is only for free promotions then certain restrictions have to be imposed. This how prepaid car business are run. In the beginning they serve good and you are able to make call. As the business goes well complication starts from then and there. We get frustrated and they loose money after a point when we stop buying.
How many of you remember the prepaid calling card " MY FRIENDS" by STI ? Do you buy it any more no? So , keep moving from one prepaid card to another prepaid card.
