hey,

MSUM ( Minnesota State University Moorhead) is good as well. ITs kinda cheap. It has a bandwidth tution fee i.e 12 -19 credits for $2914 . But including all the other related fees like tech fees and stuffs it comes $3300 for the spring and as fall has a student health insurence fee so it cost around $4100.

here is the link to the college.

A good advice is to go for a good community college and then transfer to regular university. You'll save a lot. Do some research in a community college in the state you want to go.
