Sorry, this is a general suggestion not an answer to your specific question. All good schools will want you to take standardized tests ( GRE or GMAT). I am guessing you can have a decent life in Nepal with a bachelors in information management degree. If that's the case and you don't want to take a standardized test at all, my suggestion would be to not come to the US. It won't be worth it for you. However, if you are going to take the time to study for these tests and come to a good school then you could come with a two-year scholarship and then work on a H-1 visa after that and fulfill your American Dream. Good luck!!

Esql, I think you are in a great hurry to enter USA. Don't do that. Take your time and get into a good school with scholarship. I think MS in computer science will b better for u since you have an IT background and it has better scope too in USA. To find colleges, go to collegeboard.com. You can filter colleges by your major, tuition fee, location, and yes GMAT required or not. Since, you are going to USA for your masters degree, you should not blindly jump into. For you, it will be easier to convince the consular if you take computer science as major. Good luck to you.

ESQL, I agree with the two posts above. Don't hurry at all and give your GRE tests. Spending few months giving the GRE tests can make a huge impact on your entire life and career. I have friends who took their time to do GRE and did MS in computer science here and right now are making a lot of money and also I have friends who hurried to come to US with no GRE and now are stuck with day to day menial gas station jobs. I would suggest you to give GRE and go for MS in computer Science. You get more scholarship in computer science, which will led you to get a visa and later on a good IT job. IT is real big in USA. Regarding colleges, as mentioned above you can look onto different sites and sort them out with rankings and choose some according to your GPA and GRE scores. Hope this helps. thanks,
