You should not have any problem in getting PERM approval other than getting into PERM audit by virtue of PERM originating from a small company which has less than 10 employees. Once the PERM is approved, you will be filing an I-140. The USCIS at the time of I-140 processing will look into the bonafideness of the company; your qualification and job experience as well as the company's ability to pay the prevailing wage. If you are already working for this company on H-1B then you can use the wages paid to you to prove the company's ability to pay. In the meantime, whatever shortfall is there can be overcome through the company's tax return if it has enough net profit or net current asset to compensate the differences in your paid salary and the offered wage of the PERM. Do make sure to the math with your employer prior to engaging into this process. Good Luck!
