Once you are out of status, you cannot come back for 3 to 10 years depending on the time you have spent after your authorized time. It does not hurt to apply for reinstatement. She will just get a letter for deportation if denied. They won't physically fly her back home.

It's ok. But you know sometimes you get to explore things you didn't know by sharing. Immigration laws keep changing. I didn't know that she could be reinstated to f2 which mr. Dimag kharab suggested me to do. Therefore, I happen to post here. I hope this thread has been helpful to few other people or given some idea if they come across this situation in future.
And yes, you were right. I get bored sometimes and be an a$$ here at sajha, play some prank and post some bs. But this one was a genuine. I respect good people (know by their regular comments) and u seem to b a nice man. I believe this was just a misunderstanding and no harsh feelings here too. So let's chill. We're friends.
