I graduated on MAY 2010 and my opt will end on 06/30/11. In the mean time, I married an american girl and then I applied for green card. I really had a very hard time in the interview.I thought I'll not get the GC.I was neither denied nor informed about getting the GC. I thought they will deport me. But, after 10-12 days I received USPS mail from USCIS. It has my new employment authorization card, new picture and my finger print(there was no finger print on my 1st card). This card expires on 12/12/11. 6 more months is added to my old card. What does this mean??? Has my application approved???
Sincere opinions are appreciated. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!

If you married for the sole purpose of getting green card then I hope you never get green card and i hope they deport your selfish ass back to nepal or africa is better, there are too many selfish people in Nepal. But if you married for love then god bless you

The EAD is given while the Green Card process is ongoing. This could mean that the devision has not been made in your case, yet. Your getting EAD after 10-12 days of interview might be coincidence. When you apply for GC, you must have filled a form for EAD, they finally sent you the card.
In any case you can check your status online.
Disclosure: I am not a lawyer and I suggest you to either call a lawyer or call the visa case status number to find out more. My opinion is merely a speculation.
and it begins - on Day 1 Trump will begin operations to deport millions of undocumented immigrants
From Trump “I will revoke TPS, and deport them back to their country.”
