What is the current situation for H1B stamping for first time for contractors. I know things are little tough these days, but if any one have some recent e*xperiance, that will be of great help. I am planning to go to nepal in june/july. I am working in a same project from last 2 yrs, same employer. My situation is employer-prime vendor-client. It will be of great help if some sajha user give their insight.

Hi yaaku,
There is not so problem if you have your client letter, Appointment letter (from your employer),recent paystubs and W2 from , tax return etc . By the way which plateform you have been working on for so long in one project only.. That is really good for you.
best of luck...

Rxmyz,
i am working as system administrator. Actually it is more than 2 yrs. It will be three yrs in this oct. Things were different, when i start this job. Now they start all these employee-employer relation crap. It is difficult to change job just like that when you work in one place for long time, leaving all your carer path. Have you recently went through this. I should not have problem to get those document you mentioned. Can you share, what you went through during interview.
