Dude like everyone told ya if you don't go for defensive driving or probation, you will end up paying too much for your insurance when u buy a new car. It might not be very convenient for you at this point of time going for defensive driving or probation but that's the only right thing to do now. I don't really know if you will be able to prove it at court because you are way above your speeding limits.

I had got citation few months ago, 80 on 60 limit. I took the defensive driving class cost me 35 bucks and had to pay the adminstrative fee in court i.e $108.00. The citation was for more than $250. So, yeah was a good deal nd the case was wiped out from my record.
But in TX, if you have had another ticket 12 months prior to the citation date which you defered doing defensive driving class, you arent eligible for this. It might be diff on where yu from, so make sure of that.

I think you did the mistake.. You have to pay it anyway anyhow.. Don't play with the US laws.. If you cannot pay it you can make the arrangement of payment plans.. Just do that.. Court gayera.. fokat ko kina pheri pheri tension lineh ra.. kaam garnu chaina bro..I think 200 is pretty much reasonable for your limits man..
