k ho tyo international driving licence bhaneko? i don't know what that is. but i had a nepali driver's licence (for bike and car) before i came to USA. after i came here, i was allowed to drive with my nepali licence if I had a person at least 21 years old with american licence sitting next to me in the passenger seat. meanwhile, i read driver's handbook, took a test (on computer), and took a road test and got my american licence.

I have driven with an IDL in Nepal but have never been stopped and asked to produce it. The cops don't generally stop private cars -- they seem to focus more on motorbikes, taxis, trucks for the most part.

Good luck.
