I m living here in orange county for two years n I have barely heard or known any Nepalese in Irvine.Indians and Chinese are all over the world, no wonder even if they are in mars. For that reason we usually call UCI, a university of Chinese immigration instead. If you feel good enough to drive little more(15,20 miles) u can join Anaheim Pariwar in Anaheim every saturday. They play volleyball every saturday.U might have heard about artesia which is i guess 25,30 miles away from Irvine and significant number of Nepalese are there. They do organize lot of events so u can hang out sometimes n u might end up dating someone if u r single lolz n i heard, they feel free to go but i dont know so it would be a little presumptuous to assume them that way just because i heard it.

If u wana hang around CSUF then i'll be more than haapy to have you here.

I'm in Santa Cruz, California.. that's heckava 7-8 hours drive from here.
I've been here for a while.. and nepalese are almost none ..
when I was in school, there was one nepali woman married to white man, and she dissappeared since ages. like after I left school. don't even know if they're here..
it sucks I know..
if wanna be phone buddy to share experiences.. more than happy and sometime around we can at least meet as friends  in nepalese gathering if that happens ..
else testai ho..
best of luck..

if nepal's population was in billion , you would find nepalese all over the world. why you blaming indian and chinese for not finding fellow nepali close by .. move to virginia and dallas/fortworth and you will find plenty. btw , nepali cant afford to live and study in orange county and irvine.

No worries, chrome01. SoCal is a really fun place and even better when you have bunch of nepali friends to kick it during the weekends or free days. Good luck ;)
