HelpNep dude. I understand a lot about CPT and all F1 thing . Been there, seen that. Yes all university can give CPT, but also check your fact if your university is following all the regulations. If it does, even USCIS can't screw it. And if you think you are saying right thing type in English , make is searchable.

Regarding making it difficult, may be. But what about thousands of those student who work hard to get there. I came to this country to embrace culture and values that make this country great, not to copy shit , and make it through crappy way. You are not helping your country man by advising them on that path.

You and a lot of people out here know the fate of such university. Why don't you suggest them to work hard and join good university.

Getting it done illegally or false document is never the right way ! And offcourse education sud be quality , we all wish we cud go to best universites but unfortunately cant but have to go somewhere this is for that ! I think now you are on track. I do not have problem when you recommend any state university or any other decent private/cheap university . I know very well what it means to work and goto school.

But it's not right to recommend university which is barely running because of international student and by issuing CPT , the first day they join school. These school are doing business using immigration loopholes. Don't waste your money and time in such universities.

At least join university which you know is accredited and will not be screwed my uscis. I have seen first hand the trouble people face by joining such university and using CPT.

You will be in trouble in every stage, your immigration process will be nightmare.

So big NO-- to universities which  are same track as Trivalley, ITU etc...... Be careful.. flocks
