Hello Folks,

I have been reading about Tax Lien investing since couple days now. It seems interesting when you have money upfront to invest. Does it bear any risks? Do you guys have any experiences on this? Is it better for short term investments? Better than stocks, bonds?

Please educate.

Thanks and I will greatly appreciate any pointers and personal stories. and not links to websites. I have researched on that part before posting here.
